We start by assessing the home and taking into consideration all the lovely things that you have used to spruce up your home and taking any and all necessary precautions.
When we tear the roof off, we take our time to inspect and make note of any area on your roof deck that may need special attention. We ensure that all of our roofs get the same love and care as our own homes do!
Once any and all repairs are completed on your roof deck we then begin the process of laying down a synthetic felt paper (We only use the best synthetic felt paper, not 15# felt, for your peace of mind!). The synthetic felt that we use is much more reliable & durable than the other felt paper some roofing companies use.
We then install new aluminium drip edge to the entire gutter line on the roof of your home if needed
Before we place on the shingles and get your roof looking fresh and new we need to make sure that it can hold up to the elements. Our roofers install an ice and water shield that is applied 2 feet inside the living space and to all the valleys of your roofs structure.
Last but most certainly important, we install the starter shingles. Beginning in the rakes and eaves of all our roof replacements per shingle manufacturer requirements. Following the starter shingle to complete our home is the shingles selected by our customers. Topping it all off with hip & ridge caps!
